Isla and her ABC's

Isla's favorite book is the flip ABC babyconnection one I'm sure lots of you have seen. She is getting so good at reading it, I finally broke down and filmed her tonight. After filming her, I filmed just the book and then extracted the audio from the first video and pasted it onto book portion. Make sense? So, it may seem like the audio is occurring in time with the book at some parts, but not all. 

Grandpas: Pay attention. When it comes to U for Umbrella Isla says "Bampa" meaning Grandpa Olsen. Last Sat. night before Wicked Grandpa Olsen mentioned needing an umbrella and this is what Isla is referring to. Then, W for Wagon, Isla says "Bampa bla bla wagon" and then "Bampa Bill". If you listen for it, you'll hear her say the "Bill" part. It's the cutest thing. I haven't heard her say that before. 

Then, when we get to X is for x-ray she has to pause and think about it. You can hear her say "Ummm". This is such a Liam-ism and she has recently picked it up from him. So cute!

And then after the book is finished, because it is bedtime, all she wants is "Baa". I think most of you know what that is. But if not, you can refer to this old post: Isla and Her Bah
