Aunt Kris for the Weekend

This last weekend Aunt Kris came to stay with us. I think she had fun, but I'm afraid she's going to need lots of naps to make up for our chaotic home life. Liam and Isla have many demands for her, and as much as Billy and I try to interfere, Kristin is just too nice to say no to the kids. They watched lots of kids movies from the 80s, played lots of Super Nintendo, and played lots of Angry Birds on Kristin's iPad. We tried to keep things interesting by going to pizza Friday night, going to see Christmas lights Saturday night, and making gingerbread houses as well.

Wren likes her too.

Liam's gingerbread house is the only one that was built to last.

The hangout. Poor Kristin. Those kids are on her ticks on a bear.

I'm impressed with Liam's gingerbread house! Your kids are so beautiful, Becca. Look how different Wren looks already! And Isla . . . she's another beauty like her momma. And Liam is growing so handsome.

P.S. I bought those same sleepers for Baby Ruby that Wren's wearing. They're secretly twins/best friends already.
