As a kid I liked to go to Fred Meyers with my mom. Not because the produce was a steal and the bakery isle smelled like France, no, but because it was neighbors to the best frozen yogurt you'll ever have: TCBY. It is the country's best, they're not lying!
So, when I found out they have a special 99 cent waffle cone on Wednesdays, I declared it Waffle Weds. and took the kids out. Thanks to this spiffy new camera of Derek's given to me by Mom, I was able to practice taking pictures while eating White Chocolate Mousse and watching my kids slip into hyperglucose heaven.
It was a lot of fun.

mmm. I'll have to keep that in mind. I never thought I'd be one of those parents to over-sugar my kids, but sometimes, you just need a sanity break. I've recently started taking my kids to fast-food joints. Yesterday I shared a Chick-Fil-A milkshake with Elliot, something I never would have done with baby Dottie.
Your kids are so cute. I love Isla's hair it's grown so much!
