I watch the MTV television show "The Hills". It's horribly scripted and cheesified, but it's 20 minute soap opera story line draws me in. There, I said it. Please don't think different of me.
So, about a year ago Billy and I were driving with the kids and Natasha Beddingfield's song "Unwritten", the Hills theme song came on the radio. Liam, in the back seat, perked up from his driving haze and said "Dook Mom! It's Momma's show!" Liam recognizing the song both cracked me up and revealed my embarrassing tv preference. Whoops!
Then... sometime around then, a Pantene ProV commercial came on TV and they had the same "Unwritten" song playing and sure enough, Liam shouted "Dook! Momma's show!". Radio and Television recognition, good job Liam!
Well, just today a Pantene commercial, no Natasha Beddingfield background music, and Liam turned to me and said "Dook! It's your show and no music!"
Momma's Show!

That is so funny. It's crazy the things kids can remember- like Shannon Crackers! :)
ok so The Road. First off it was written really well. In a way I had never read before. The content was a bit graphic at times for me but what do you expect from a post apocolyptic novel....oh well. The part with the baby was the worst for me. The end was pretty good but it was also anticlimatic....like there was a resolution but not completely. What did you think?
