Happy Four Year Anniversary to Us

My love is a story

of a girl who yearned for a boy

In the private enclaves of her heart

She promised to love him forever

And so her wish was granted

The boy loved her and she loved the boy

Together they attempted to become one

And in turn found they were so much more

The boy watched after the girl

With sincere concern and care

He lead, and held, and caressed

And he whispered, and listened, and understood

The girl was proud of the boy

For in time he became so much more

She admired, and adored, and respected

And she stood in awe of the man
