Some of you might know I have several candy stashes throughout the house. Secret stashes. My mom had a few when we were kids (hidden shelf above shoes in closet, underwear drawer, behind the couch on window sill) so I think I can safely attribute it to both nature and nurture. I like my candy and I don't like to share, so therefore I hide it.
These pictures are what greeted me when I returned from a 2 minute laundry swap this morning. Liam knew he was being naughty. Playing on the computer desk, let alone sitting on it is punishable by time-out in our home. And candy--well, it may not be "off limits" but he fully understood he had found something secretive and special when he happened upon the Sour Patch Kids hidden behind the monitor. But he was just too cute and all I could manage to do was grab the camera and preserve the sweet'n'sour that is Liam.

I have candy stashes too! My husband gets really mad when he finds out that there has been candy in the house this whole time! But I can't share with him because he will eat the whole bag in 5 minutes! Thanks for your comment, isn't it fun finding new blogging friends? Good luck on your move!
Too funny! I can TOTALLY relate to the 'secretive candy hide outs' I don't like to share my faves and those seem to be my kids favorites too!! Not fair ... aren't we allowed one or two of our OWN things?! :)
Soooo funny! I have candy stashes too. Except I forget where they are, and then find them a year later. When the candy is stale. :( I also hide my husband's chocolate from him, at his request, because like pp katie said, otherwise he'll eat the entire thing in one day.
And were you trying to make me CRY about your yarn stash? CRY? Because that is what I am doing right now!
