Liam and his Shoe

Liam loves his shoes, my shoes, Billy shoes, and your shoes if it means he gets to go outside. The first thing he does in the morning is walk into the closet, dodge some socks, a fallen mop, and probably a mildewed towel or two, and finally selects a pair of shoes*. He then brings the chosen vessels to me and points to the front door while saying "Eish". If I offer an insufficient answer like "Give Mommy a few minutes to get dressed Liam, we don't need crazy Wade to see me in my underwear," he only pursues more seriously by grabbing my feet with his pincer-like fingers and wedging them into the shoes.

So, we weren't terribly surprised when one of Liam's pictures was a beautiful portrait of his own shoe. In honor of Liam's shoe fetish, I present to you "Liam and his Shoe"

*His favorite this past week has been one sexy pair of red strappy high-heeled shoes.
