Well friends, Liam is NINE months old! My mom said the first nine months (pregnancy) would last forever, but the next nine months of life would whiz by in an instant. I hate to admit it, but she was right. In just three months our little guy will be able to sit in a forward-facing carseat, walk on his own (that's inevitable), and for all I know, drive a F-150. When April 19th rolls in, please, mourn with me. We will be shoving our faces (or living vicariously through Liam) with yummy cake for sure, but know I will be shedding a tear or two for his disappearing babyhood.
Also, for those of you who are interested...ten days after Liam turns one both his Grandmas, his Grandpa Olsen, Uncle Ross, and yes, I will be running a marathon in Nashville. Not the family reunion I would have planned, but we should have fun!
Above are some pictures from the Half Marathon we ran in Phoenix a couple weekends ago in preparation.
