Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving came and left and here we are, picking up the pieces. It is sad being the ones left behind. Billy and I are so use to being the visiters, and now for the first time in awhile we are the ones being visited (and abandoned- thanks guys). Regardless, it was a fun-filled vacation with many precious moments. A few highlights: *Waking up at the butt crack of dawn to run a race at the Portland Zoo--go Liam!! *Watching Annelisa and Kaisa perform a puppet show with a turkey and ham carcus. *Visiting the beautiful Oregon coast and watching my Dad fret over a not-so-scary movie, "White Noise". *Christmas tree hunting and trying to figure out just how many Snyder men it takes to cut one down.

Now, on a more tender note. I would like thank all of the people in my life-- my crazy family, my beloved friends, and of course my darling husband and son-- for their love and associations. I stand grateful and humbled by them on this post-Thanksgiving day.

Signing off!

Rebecca

Becster and fam,

So good to see you and you're cute family. Liam is soooo adorable. And so are you and Billy, but in a different way. I'm proud of you, my friend, for being so physically active. I can't say the same for myself. I can't wait to see you again in a few weeks! AHHHH!!!! Please can we spend every waking moment together?

Becca, hello. You ran a race! I'm so proud! Seriously, I can't wait until this wedding thing for a million reasons, and one of the most important is that I can finally be a normal person again and live a normal life, meaning that I can keep in touch with my friends. I miss you so much. Liam is so cute. I loved him with that turkey ribbon in his mouth. I can't wait to see you! Love Amanda
